TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures that operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information not collected to be associated with identified individuals but which, by their nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are processed solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to ensure its proper functioning and are immediately deleted after processing.

The data may be used to verify responsibility in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the site; except for this possibility, currently, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days and, in any case, no longer than necessary to fulfill the submitted requests.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed using automated tools for the strictly necessary time to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

Furthermore, Data Subjects have the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification, or, where appropriate, integration of the data;
b) deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

d) the right to data portability, i.e., to request that their data be transmitted, where technically possible, to another Data Controller;
